Authors, reviewers, and other parties may submit a formal complaint concerning the journal's editorial or publication processes. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Editorial Office at jcarme@sru.ac.ir and should include a clear description of the concern and any relevant supporting documentation.

Complaints will be acknowledged by the Editorial Office and reviewed by an appropriate member of the editorial team who is not directly involved in the matter, where applicable.

JCARME will handle complaints fairly, confidentially, and in accordance with its publication ethics policies and relevant guidance from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Complaints concerning editorial decisions should normally be handled through the journal's separate Appeals Process.
