JCARME recognizes the important contribution of peer reviewers to the quality and integrity of scholarly publishing.

The journal may recognize reviewers who consistently provide timely, rigorous, constructive, and high-quality peer-review reports.

Reviewer recognition may include:

• acknowledgement of outstanding reviewer contributions;
• certificates of appreciation where appropriate;
• recognition in the journal's annual editorial communications;
• other forms of recognition consistent with confidentiality and research-integrity principles.

Reviewer performance is assessed based on the quality, timeliness, constructiveness, and scientific relevance of review reports rather than the number of reviews completed.

The identity of reviewers remains confidential unless disclosure is authorized by the journal and is consistent with the journal's peer-review policy.
