Complaints Policy
JCARME welcomes legitimate concerns regarding editorial conduct, publication practices, peer review, authorship, conflicts of interest, research integrity, or other aspects of the journal's operation.
Complaints should be submitted in writing to the journal's official email address and should provide sufficient information and supporting documentation to allow the matter to be assessed.
Complaints are acknowledged and investigated as promptly as reasonably possible.
The journal may request additional information from the complainant, authors, reviewers, editors, or relevant institutions when necessary.
Where appropriate, JCARME may refer to internationally recognized publication-ethics guidance, including the guidance and flowcharts of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Complaints concerning research or publication misconduct may remain subject to investigation even when they are raised after publication.
JCARME does not impose a fixed time limit that prevents the investigation of credible concerns regarding research integrity or the accuracy of the published scholarly record.
All complaints are handled confidentially and fairly to the extent permitted by the circumstances of the case.
